SPONSORSHIP OPPURTUNITIES FOR 20TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF

PAKISTAN SOCIETY OF CLINICAL ONCOLOGY(PSCO)

(09TH - 11TH October, 2015)


PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP – PKR 2 MILLION OR ABOVE
  1.   Platinum sponsors will be entitled to have one Hospitality Suite at a prime location. The sponsorship amount would cover   cost of two invited speakers (airfare and accommodation) acknowledgement in Abstract CD as Platinum Sponsors.   Platinum sponsors will also have exclusive promotion opportunity at the Inaugural Session’s high tea on day 1.   Additionally, one Exclusive Banner of Platinum Sponsor (size: 6’x4’) will be placed at a prime locations throughout the       symposium.

  2. GOLD SPONSORSHIP – PKR 1,500,000
  3.   Gold sponsors will be entitled to have one Hospitality suite at a prime location. The sponsorship amount would cover   cost of one invited speakers (airfare and accommodation) acknowledgement in the Abstract CD as Gold sponsors

  4. SPONSOR CONFERENCE BAGS – PKR 600,000
  5.   For all participants, speakers and special guests. The bag would be printed with the logo and name of your organization   on inside flap. Your sponsorship will be to finance the cost of the bags. You may also give us your promotional   material, writing pad, pen, flyer, brougher etc, to be inserted in the bag for enhanced reach.

  6. SPONSORING INTERNATIONAL INVITED SPEAKER (COST PER SPEAKER) – PKR 300,000
  7.   You may wish to sponsor one or more invited speaker(s) from abroad. The cost mentioned is of economy/business class   airfare with hotel accommodation at Karachi for 3 nights (avg). For sponsoring an international invited speaker, your   organization will be entitled to a normal stall.

  8. SPONSOR LUNCH AT THE EVENT – PKR: 300,000
  9.    This would entitle you to have one normal stall for two days and your banner to be displayed exclusively at the lunch    area for one lunch only, you may always wish to sponsor more than one lunch of the symposium on the day of your    choice.   10. SPONSOR TEA AT THE EVENT – PKR: 150,000
  11.    This would entitle you to have one normal stall for two days and your banner to be displayed exclusively at the tea are    for one tea; you may always wish t sponsor more than one tea of the symposium on the day of your choice. For further details please contact PSCO2015@GMAIL.COM

  12. HOSPITALITY SUITE – PKR 200,000/-
  13.   The hospitality suite would attract a wider audience due to its large size, and key location, allowing you to interact in   great convenience (more hospitality space with extra sofas and coffee table) with faculty and participants of the   symposium and detail them about the activities of your organization and promote your products.

  14. NORMAL STALL – PKR: 125,000
  15.   The stall for three days would attract an audience of over 500 people from within the symposium, as well as many   others being students, faculty and staff of different hospitals. The stall will provide your organization the opportunity to   interact with them and promote your products to primary target market

  16. IMPORTANT NOTICE
  17. 1. Platinum and Gold sponsors will be acknowledged in the Abstract CD.
    2. Sponsors will also be acknowledged in the concluding session.
    3. All funding options are on first-come first-served basis. The locations of stalls/suites are also on availability basis. Please confirm at your    earliest and book preferred location of your stall/suite
    4. Normal stall measures approximately 3x3 meters includes 2 tables, 3 chairs, one electric point, build on pre-fabricated octanorm structure and open from 1 side (front)
    5. Hospitality suite measures approximately 3x4 meters with extra over spill space and includes 3 tables, 3 chairs, 3 sofas, 1 coffee table, and two electric points, built on pre-fabricated octanorm structure and open from 2 sides (front and either right or left depending on the location)
    6. The stalls/suites will be available for you to set up from 12:00 noon, October 09, 2015. Inauguration of the exhibition will be on October 10, 2015. Sponsors will be notified of the exact date and time of inauguration at least 2 weeks prior.
