Timely Compliance with Deadlines All vendors must adhere strictly to the specified deadlines. The ONCO-26 Secretariat will not accommodate late submissions or entries.
Speaker Sponsorship Requirements Vendors sponsoring speakers must submit the speaker’s profile, talk title, and preferences within the designated timeframe. All talks will undergo a content review to ensure they remain strictly scientific. Late submissions will not be considered.
Faculty Selection Vendors are required to select their preferred delegates or participants from the “National Faculty” and “International Faculty” lists provided by the ONCO-26 Secretariat. Selections made after the specified deadlines risk cancellation.
Sponsorship for Residents and Medical Officers Vendors wishing to sponsor residents or medical officers must notify the ONCO-26 Secretariat in advance, within the specified dates.
Avoiding Engagement of Delegates during Scientific session It is expected that vendors should not keep any activity or to engage the delegates during the scientific sessions. Though they may connect them during breaks or after session.
Mandatory Registration All vendor participants must be registered in advance. Registration is complimentary but mandatory. Registration is available through PSCO official website.
Meal Coupons Lunch and tea coupons will be distributed to all registered vendors. Vendors must ensure they collect these coupons for their registered team members in advance, as entry to meal areas will not be permitted without coupons.
Stall Space Allocation Stall spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to vendors contributing higher cumulative amounts within their respective categories. Failed to achieve the required cumulative amount for the higher category will automatically bring the vendor to the next lower level and vice versa.
(Please Note, the final decision will remain with the PSCO Secretariat.)
